Launched in 1994, Dolce Vita was created by Pierre Bourdon and Maurice Roger as a radiant floral oriental inspired by the warmth and easy glamour of the Italian Riviera. Magnolia, grapefruit, peach, rose, bergamot and cardamom lead into apricot, rosewood, cinnamon and lily, followed by heliotrope, sandalwood, vanilla, cedar and coconut. Its sunny character carried through to a grand debut in the Plaza Hotel's ballroom.
