Contact must be made within 2 days upon receipt of item
The item must then be returned within 5 days from receipt of the item in original condition
Sealed bottles that have been opened will not be refunded
Unused items that have been used will not be refunded
Shipping fees will not be refunded - only the purchase price
Refunds will not be granted after 5 days
Items purchased outside the USA will have 10 days from the confirmed delivery date to receive a full refund
Please keep in mind that these are vintage items and are rarely in new condition. I will do my best to describe. If I have misrepresented or incorrectly identified an item, or overlooked a condition problem, please contact Quirky Finds and let me know where the problem exists. Quirky Finds sells both full and partial bottles. Please keep in mind that these are vintage items and are rarely in new condition. Please look at the photo and read the description prior to purchasing. The item listed on the website is the item that you will receive. Please contact Quirky Finds with any questions prior to purchasing.
All orders are shipped via USPS. US orders please allow 7-10 business days for arrival (they will usually arrive sooner). Quirky Finds does not ship on the weekend. Please provide an accurate address and shipping information. If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost. All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please check your spam if not received.
Quirky Finds will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
International orders, please allow 7-21 business days for airmail delivery (sometimes sooner, sometimes later). Airmail can be unpredictable and offers limited tracking. Quirky Finds will not be responsible for any custom charges or items held by customs. If tracking is desired, Quirky Finds suggests upgrading shipping to Priority International mail.
